How does a sandwich maker work?

Oct 17, 2025

1. Heat Conduction Between the Heating Tube and the Heating Plate
The sandwich maker is equipped with upper and lower heating tubes. Heat is transferred through the metal heating plate to the baking tray holding the ingredients, achieving rapid and even heating.
2. Synchronous Heating of the Upper and Lower Plates
The upper and lower plates are heated simultaneously, creating a closed cooking chamber. This allows the bread and filling to expand and cook quickly, resulting in a golden, crispy crust.
3. Temperature Control and Indicator
The machine is equipped with a preheat indicator. When the set temperature is reached, the light turns off, allowing the user to add ingredients and begin cooking. The light turns back on when cooking is complete, indicating completion.
4. Company Technical Advantages
Ningbo Victor Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. uses semi-solid magnesium alloy injection molding and aluminum alloy die-casting processes to ensure uniform heat conduction and high durability of the baking tray. Its professional small appliance assembly workshop guarantees the assembly precision and consistent quality of each sandwich maker.
How can I prevent sticking in my sandwich maker during baking?
1. Use non-metal tools.
When removing sandwiches, use a plastic or silicone spatula to avoid metal knives scratching or stripping the non-stick coating, thus preventing sticking.
2. Proper Cleaning and Maintenance.
After each use, allow the machine to warm slightly and then wipe the baking sheet with a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. For stubborn residue, use a paper towel dampened with warm water and neutral detergent and gently wipe. Never use steel wool or metal brushes.
3. Avoid excessive heat.
Preheat the baking sheet for 2–4 minutes as directed. The maximum baking sheet temperature should not exceed 260°C to prevent the coating from degrading due to overheating and causing sticking.
4. Guaranteed Process.
Victor uses a high-adhesion non-stick coating that has passed the GB/T9286-2021 standard, ensuring that the baking sheet maintains excellent non-stick properties after 2,500 cycles. Its precision injection molding technology ensures a strong bond between the coating and the substrate, further reducing the risk of sticking.
