Q: Where are your products manufactured?
A: Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, equipped with ISO-certified production lines and strict quality control systems.
Q: Are your products certified for international markets?
A: Yes. All products comply with international standards (CE, CB, GS, ETL, EMC, FCC, ROHS, FDA, etc.). Certificates are available upon request.  
Q: Can I request product modifications or custom branding?
A: Absolutely! We support ODM/OEM services including custom specifications, packaging, and Logo (MOQ applies).
Q: How long can i get the feedbacks after we sent the inquiry?
A: We will reply to you within 2 hours in working day.
Q: Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
A: A direct manufacturer .
Q: What products do you offer?
A: We mainly develop and manufacture small kitchen appliances and magnesium alloy and aluminum alloy parts processing.
Q: Do you make standardized parts?
A: Yes.
Q: How about the capacity of your company?
A: We have sufficient manufacturing and inspection equipment, with an annual production capacity of more than 1 million units.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C. 
Q: How to deliver the goods to us?
A: Usually, we ship by sea because we are located in Ningbo, and it’s very convenient to export by sea.
