How does a Smokeless Grill achieve "smokeless" operation?

Feb 20, 2026

The smokeless effect of a Smokeless Grill primarily relies on the following core technologies and physical principles:

High-Temperature Heat Radiation Principle:

Utilizing efficient infrared heating technology, heat is directly transferred to the food, rather than relying on open flame combustion. This avoids the tar and soot produced during combustion, reducing smoke at its source.

Oil Recovery and Water Cooling System:

A unique design collects dripping grease into a specific tray or water tank. The grease is rapidly cooled and collected upon contact with water, preventing the direct combustion of grease and the resulting smoke.

Sealed Structure and Filtration Technology:

Through a sealed grill cavity structure, combined with internal metal mesh or filters, smoke leakage is effectively blocked. Some designs also include a fan and water filter to guide residual smoke into the water for secondary filtration, completely eliminating smoke.
