VIEW MOREWhat type of grinding method does the coffee machine's grinding system use?
1. Conical/Flat Burr Grinder
Ningbo Victor's fully automatic coffee machines utilize an integrated aluminum die-cast grinding body and a 64mm ditting burr disc for precise conical/flat Burr Grinder grinding, maintaining a uniform coffee grounds size and ensuring consistent flavor with every cup.
2. High-Efficiency Dual Grinding Unit
Equipped with dual grinding units working synchronously, this model doubles grinding efficiency, making it ideal for quick cup preparation during peak hours.
3. Low Noise and Low Heat Design
High-precision bearings and magnetic levitation technology reduce operating noise and heat, extending the life of the grinding core.
4. Company Strengths
Leveraging our advanced processes in semi-solid magnesium alloy injection molding and aluminum alloy die-casting, the grinding body is lightweight and high-strength, enhancing the reliability and service life of the entire machine.
What is the startup process for Ningbo Victor Electrical Technology Co., Ltd.'s coffee machines?
1. Power On & Self-Test
After plugging in the power cord, the machine automatically performs a self-test to confirm that key components, including the water tank, coffee bean hopper, and dripper, are in place.
2. Adding Water and Beans
Check that the water tank is filled with clean water and the coffee bean hopper is loaded with fresh coffee beans. The system will display "Water Ready" and "Beans Ready."
3. Preheating and Brewing Preparation
The machine activates the heating system, rapidly raising the water temperature to the set extraction temperature (approximately 93°C) and simultaneously flushing the internal pipes to ensure water purity.
4. Grinding, Tamping, and Extraction
After preheating, the system automatically activates the grinder motor to grind, then precisely tamps the coffee using the BLDC motor. Finally, a rotary vane pump delivers hot water to the extraction chamber to complete the brewing process.
5. Dispensing and Keeping Warm
The coffee automatically flows into the carafe or cup. After brewing, the machine enters keep warm mode, allowing users to retrieve the cup at any time.
