Uneven Heating or Heating Failure
1. Power Connection Check
Confirm that the power plug and socket are making good contact and that the power cord is not damaged or loose.
Use a multimeter to measure the socket voltage to ensure that the power supply meets the product's rated voltage requirements.
2. Heating Element Condition
Observe the surface of the heating element for obvious discoloration, scorching, or cracking.
Test the resistance value of the heating element with a resistance meter. If it exceeds the specified range, it needs to be replaced.
3. Temperature Control Sensor Failure
Check that the temperature sensor wiring is secure and that the interface is not oxidized.
Use a thermometer to compare the actual temperature with the displayed temperature. If the difference is too large, the sensor may be malfunctioning.
4. Poor Internal Heat Dissipation
Confirm that the internal heat dissipation vents of the steamer pot are not blocked by food residue.
Regularly clean the heat dissipation channels to maintain air circulation and prevent localized overheating that could lead to heating failure.
Steam Leakage or Poor Sealing
1. Lid Sealing Ring Check
Check whether the silicone or rubber sealing ring is aged, deformed, or detached.
1. Replacing the Sealing Ring with the One If Cracks or Hardening Are Found to Restore Sealing Performance:
2. Valve and Exhaust Port Status:
Check if the safety valve and exhaust valve are stuck or not fully closed.
Gently operate the valves and observe for any abnormal resistance or leakage.
3. Pot Body Connections:
Check the threads or clips between the pot body and base, and between the pot body and steamer.
If loose, retighten or replace the corresponding fasteners.
4. Internal Structure Inspection:
Open the pot body and check for internal cracks or poor welding causing steam leakage.
For small cracks in the metal structure, temporary repairs can be made using professional sealant; replace damaged parts if necessary.
Control Panel Malfunction or Display Abnormalities:
1. Button Response Test:
Press each panel button one by one and observe for any sticking or lack of response.
If the buttons are malfunctioning, check if the backlight and the solder joints on the button circuit board are loose.
2. Display Screen Troubleshooting:
Check if the LCD screen has dark spots, displays a distorted image, or is completely unresponsive.
3. Internal Wiring Inspection
Open the control box and check if the connection between the motherboard and power module is loose or damaged.
For corrosion caused by moisture, clean with an electronic cleaner and resolder.
4. Software Firmware Update
Check for the latest firmware version using the official upgrade tool provided by Ningbo Victor Electrical Technology Co., Ltd.
Follow the official instructions to flash the firmware and resolve anomalies caused by software conflicts.
Abnormal Noise or Excessive Vibration
1. Base Stability Check
Ensure the steamer is placed on a flat, sturdy work surface to avoid tilting and vibration.
Tighten or replace any loose screws on the base.
2. Internal Component Securement
Check if the screws securing the steamer, internal support, and heating element are loose.
Reinforce any loose parts to prevent resonance noise during operation.
3. Fan or Circulation Pump Check
If the steamer is equipped with an internal fan or circulation pump, check if the bearings are worn or the impeller is deformed.
Replace severely worn bearings to maintain smooth operation.
4. Housing Structural Integrity
Inspect the housing for cracks or deformation that could cause resonance.
If structural damage is found, replace housing components promptly to restore overall rigidity.
