Manufacturing Capabilities
Victor integrates in-house component production with smart assembly to ensure product consistency, precision, and faster time-to-market. Our vertically integrated manufacturing model allows us to provide rapid project turnaround and reliable mass production for global OEM and ODM clients.

    From aluminum die-casting to magnesium alloy injection molding, all key components are produced in-house to ensure strength, durability, and thermal performance
  • Smart Assembly Workshop
    Our assembly lines follow a single-piece flow system, guided by electronic workstations and real-time quality monitoring to minimize defect rates and enable flexible production
  • Advanced CNC Machining
    Equipped with over 20 high-precision CNC machines to perform secondary processing and ensure strict tolerances and structural integrity
In-House Testing
At Victor, quality is designed into every stage of the product lifecycle — from raw material selection to final performance testing
  • Full-Scope Testing Lab ( in progress )
    A dedicated 200–300 m² lab is being built, equipped for electrical safety, life cycle, drop, pressure, heat resistance, and fire hazard tests (needle flame, glow wire).
  • On-Site QA System
    In-process quality is recorded and analyzed in real time through electronic systems, with immediate feedback for defect correction and process optimization.
