Temperature Limitations for Magnesium Alloy Kitchen Appliances
1. Upper Operating Temperature Limit: Approximately 150℃
The production process requires mold preheating ≥150℃. Exceeding this temperature will accelerate oxidation and cause material softening. In actual use, it is recommended not to exceed 150℃ to maintain strength and surface integrity.
2. Internal Cooling System Temperature Control
If the hydraulic oil temperature exceeds 55℃, the machine must be stopped for inspection to prevent heat conduction leading to localized overheating. The heat sink design of the kitchen appliance should keep the oil/cooling medium temperature below 55℃.
3. Optimal Range of Material Thermal Properties
Extrusion tests show that the Mg-Al-Zn-Cu-In alloy exhibits the highest thermal conductivity and optimal strength at 380℃; however, this temperature is only applicable to the manufacturing process, and actual use should be far lower to avoid material softening.
4. Guarantee of Company Advantages
Victor employs a precision temperature control system and efficient heat dissipation design, enabling real-time temperature monitoring on small kitchen appliance assembly lines. This ensures products operate within a safe temperature range, preventing oxidation or structural failure due to overheating.
